Step 1 of 3

What are we looking at?

What causes this

  • Drops onto hard surfaces crack the front glass or the OLED panel underneath it.
  • Batteries lose usable capacity after roughly 400–600 full charge cycles.
  • Lint and pocket debris pack into the Lightning or USB-C port until the cable no longer seats.
  • Water and humidity cause corrosion that spreads over days and weeks, not minutes.

Symptoms to look for

  • Cracked glass, dead touch areas, green or purple lines, or a black display
  • Shutdowns above 20% battery, or rapid drain during normal use
  • Cable has to be held at an angle to charge
  • Blurry photos, camera app that won't open, or a rattling rear camera
  • Callers can't hear you, or your speaker sounds muffled

Repair options

Pricing depends on your exact model and what we find. Call or text and we'll give you a straight answer.

Screen replacement

Full display assembly replacement. We explain the difference between panel types before you commit so you know exactly what you're getting.

Battery replacement

New cell installed and health verified. Usually the cheapest way to make an older iPhone feel new again.

Charging port service

Cleaning first when that's all it needs, port replacement when it isn't. We check before we charge for the bigger job.

Back glass, cameras, speakers, microphones

Individual component replacement, including rear glass on models where it's laser-separated rather than replaced as a housing.

Liquid damage evaluation

Board inspection and cleaning with an honest assessment of what's recoverable.

What you can safely try

  • Restart the phone before assuming hardware failure.
  • Check Settings → Battery → Battery Health for maximum capacity.
  • Look into the charging port with a light — visible lint is common and harmless to inspect.
  • Back up to iCloud or a computer if the phone still powers on.

When to stop

  • Do not dig in the charging port with metal.
  • Do not keep charging a phone that gets hot or has a swollen back.
  • If the device got wet, stop using it and bring it in — powering it on repeatedly makes corrosion worse.

Before you come in

  • Back up if you can, though most repairs don't touch your data.
  • Know your passcode. We may need it to test functions after the repair.
  • Turn off Find My if we ask you to before the repair.
