Bring it in
No appointment. We check the device in and confirm what you want us to look at.

Diagnosis
We find out what's actually wrong rather than replacing the obvious part and hoping — and we tell you fast, because most phone faults are ones we see every week.

Honest options
You get the real options — repair, partial repair, replace, or leave it alone. Including when the answer is 'this isn't worth fixing'.

The repair
Many common phone repairs are completed in approximately 10–30 minutes when parts are available. Tablets, computers and board work take longer, and we'll say so upfront.

Testing and warranty
We test the repair before you leave, and qualifying repairs carry our lifetime warranty.
What to bring
Just the device. No ID, no paperwork, no appointment — we fix what's in front of us, same as a mechanic. Bring the charger or cable if the problem involves charging, and your passcode so we can test it. For computers, tell us if anything on the machine isn't backed up.
