What the offer depends on

- Carrier and whether the device is unlocked

- Current market value for that exact model
- Activation lock status (iCloud, Google or Samsung account)
- Proof that the device is yours to sell
Before you come in
- Back up anything you want to keep — we can help with a data transfer.
- Sign out of iCloud, Google or your Samsung account and turn off activation lock.
- Bring the charger and any accessories; they can affect the offer.
- Bring a valid photo ID — required for every device we buy.
We can't guarantee an offer sight unseen, and we don't quote buy prices over the phone — the condition of the actual device decides it.
