We're a locally owned repair shop in Gulfport. Not a franchise, not a mall kiosk. The people who answer the phone are the people who fix your device.
Certified technicians
Our technicians hold Apple ACMT and ACiT certifications and CompTIA A+. Phone repair is what we do most and what we do fastest — screens, batteries, charging ports and the diagnosis that tells you which one it actually is. We also do limited, known-issue soldering in store: PS5 and Xbox HDMI ports, Switch charging ports, and some phone port work. We do not do board-level fault tracing.
We've been repairing devices on the Coast since 2009. In that time the devices changed completely and the principle didn't: find out what's actually wrong, say so plainly, and fix it properly.

If the repair isn't worth what the device is worth to you, we say so. That conversation costs us a sale and earns a customer.
Replace when replacing is right
Sometimes the answer is a new device and a clean data transfer. We'll help with that instead of talking you into a repair.
Data before hardware
If your photos and messages are at risk, that gets handled first. Hardware can be replaced; ten years of photos can't.
