iPhone Screen Repair in Gulfport, MS

Cracked iPhone screens are the single most requested repair at our Gulfport shop, and the one where doing it correctly matters most. The earpiece and the sensor flex sit behind the display and have to be moved across cleanly, and the Face ID hardware that's matched to your phone has to be worked around without disturbing it.

Locally owned since 2009Lifetime warranty on qualifying repairsApple ACMT certifiedApple ACiT certifiedCompTIA A+ certified

That's the difference between a screen repair that lasts and one that leaves you with a dead earpiece, no auto-brightness, or a display that pops loose in a month. Our technicians are Apple ACMT and ACiT certified, and this is routine work here.

Most iPhone screen replacements take about 10 to 30 minutes once we start, when we have the display for your model on the shelf.

Step 1 of 3

What are we looking at?

What causes this

  • Face-down drops onto tile, concrete, or a parking lot.
  • Pressure in a back pocket or a packed bag.
  • A small existing crack that finally propagated into the panel.
  • An earlier aftermarket screen delaminating or losing touch response.
  • Moisture that reached the display layers through an existing crack.

Symptoms to look for

  • Cracked or shattered glass, or glass shedding onto your fingers
  • Touch dead in a band or a corner of the display
  • Phantom touches, or the phone typing by itself
  • Green, purple, or black vertical lines
  • Black display where the phone still rings, vibrates, and receives calls

Repair options

Pricing depends on your exact model and what we find once it's open. Call or text and we'll give you a straight answer before you drive over.

Display assembly replacement

The standard repair. The earpiece and sensor flex move across to the new assembly, and the Face ID hardware that belongs to your phone stays with your phone.

Panel option explained per model

The display choices differ by iPhone generation. We explain the options for your exact model, and what each one costs, before you decide.

Touch faults with no visible crack

Dead zones and ghost touches on intact glass are still a display assembly issue. We test first so you're not paying for guesswork.

Devices we see most

This isn't a complete list — it's what comes across the bench most often. If your model isn't here, ask. If we can't get the part, we'll tell you immediately.

Current

  • iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max
  • iPhone 16 and 16 Pro
  • iPhone 15 and 15 Pro

Most common on our bench

  • iPhone 14 and 13 families
  • iPhone 12 and 11 families
  • iPhone SE 2nd and 3rd gen

Older

  • iPhone XR, XS, X
  • iPhone 8 and 8 Plus
  • Ask about anything earlier

What you can safely try

  • Tape over the crack so glass stops shedding until you get in.
  • Force restart once if the screen is black but the phone still rings.
  • Back up to iCloud now, while touch still works enough to unlock.
  • Note whether the phone got wet after it cracked.
  • Check Settings → Face ID to see whether it worked before the drop.

When to stop

  • Stop using a screen with exposed glass edges.
  • Don't press hard on unresponsive areas.
  • Don't buy a screen kit — the display cables and sensor flex tear easily, and the adhesive seal that keeps dust and moisture out doesn't go back the way it came.
  • Don't leave it for weeks. Moisture in a cracked panel turns a screen job into a board job.

Before you come in

  • Know your passcode. We need it to test Face ID, the front camera, and the earpiece.
  • Back up to iCloud if you have time.
  • Remove the case and any old protector.
  • Tell us if the screen was replaced before and where.

How the visit goes

  • No appointment needed. We're open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM, and walk-ins are how most repairs start.
  • Call or text first if you want us to confirm the part is on the shelf before you drive over.
  • You get a straight answer on cost and timing before we start — not after.
  • Qualifying repairs carry a lifetime warranty. We tell you up front when a repair doesn't qualify.

Gulfport iphone screen repair questions

How much is an iPhone screen repair in Gulfport?

It depends on your exact model and the panel option you choose. Call or text us the model and we'll give you a straight number before you drive over.

Can you do it while I wait?

Usually, yes — about 10 to 30 minutes once we start, when the display for your model is in stock.

Will Face ID survive the repair?

Yes, on a properly done job. Your Face ID hardware is matched to your phone and stays with it — the screen job works around it rather than replacing it. If Face ID was already broken before the crack, a new screen won't restore it, and we'll say so before you pay.

My screen was replaced somewhere else and something isn't right. Can you look?

Bring it in. We'll open it up, check what was installed and how, and tell you exactly what's going on with your phone.

My screen is black but the phone still rings. Is that the screen?

Usually. We test before replacing anything, so you don't buy a display for a problem that isn't the display.

Is the repair warrantied?

Qualifying repairs carry a lifetime warranty. We'll confirm what applies to yours at the counter.

Broken device? Let's take a look.

Call or text and we'll tell you what's likely wrong, whether we have the part, and how long it should take. No forms, no waiting on an emailed quote.
