- Back up to Google before bringing the phone in.
When to stop
- Don't poke metal into the USB-C port.
- Stop charging any phone that's hot, swelling, or has a lifting back panel.
- Don't factory reset a phone with data you haven't backed up — bring it to us first.
- Don't open the device. Glass backs and glued frames turn a cheap repair into an expensive one fast.
