What the customer described
A customer dropped an iPhone 14 face-down in a parking lot and walked in when we opened at 8 AM.
What we found
Glass and digitizer were cracked corner to corner, touch was dead along the bottom third, and the frame was straight with no separation.
What we did
Replaced the display assembly with a part we had on the shelf, transferred the original True Tone data, and reseated the front sensor flex.
How it turned out
Touch, Face ID, and True Tone all tested good before the phone left the counter.
